The Electric Log Splitter 7Ton is a powerful tool allowing to turn useful logs into usable fire wood. It is compact in size allowing for easy storage and is simple and safe to use, with a two handed operation. Logs are placed on the bed next to the anvil whilst the operator then activates the hydraulic ram to push the log which splits on the anvil's narrow leading edge. A useful collecting plate catches the logs after they are split. A very useful safety feature for this machine is the cage that sits around the ram and anvil. This prevents logs from jumping out at the operator during the splitting process.
